RANZ Code of Practice session

Join Ian Mills (Deputy Chair), Jude Varcoe (Professional Conduct Officer), and Susanna Baggaley (GM), on Thursday 16 May at 12:00 pm for a webinar on the RANZ Code of Practice. In this session, Ian, Jude, and Susanna will cover the purpose, principles, and key elements of the Code with example "case studies" based on typical queries and complaints we receive. There will also be the opportunity for you to ask questions.
