This session is designed as a practical applied guide on CRM, taking away the “scariness” of Big Data and getting a research and insights audience to see how it could help them, including:

  • Focus on the R in relationship, so what would/wouldn’t you ask a person?
  • Who are the people on client-side that have this information (client insight team vs. data/direct/CR type teams)
  • How to use CRM to form your research strategy and sample lists
  • How to use the information that’s already available to you
This event is valuable for all client-side and agency researchers, who want to learn how to effectively use CRM for insights generation. The session will be run by CRM & Marketing specialist Toby Hilless, who is currently CRM strategist at FCB, and held senior roles at Vodafone, Farmers, BNZ, Fonterra, ASB, and Aim Proximity.
