Presenting the RAEAWARDS Supreme Award Winner in Wellington

Colmar Brunton and IRD were awarded the RAEAWARDS Research Now Supreme Award. In our first Wellington talk for this year, Colmar Brunton will show us how they guided Inland Revenue in tackling NZ’s growing student loan debt problem through clear insights into the mindsets of borrowers and what would be effective in changing behaviour. With more than $300 million in additional repayments made, the research and resulting initiatives (communications, operational activities, and law changes) proved to be highly successful.
