Agile ways of working are becoming mainstream. They have transformed the software industry and are now being picked up by many other business functions.

These ways of working have been developed in response to the rapid rate of change, growing uncertainty and the need to address complex problems. An Agile approach is a shift to empowered, cross-functional teams who can rapidly learn from and adapt to user feedback.

Insights and feedback loops are critical to this way of working - but what is the role of insights professionals in this iterative and fast-paced environment?

This event unlocks implications from case studies of New Zealand firms that have implemented Agile working strategies; it explores benefits as well as the barriers to Agile working and investigates the implications for insights professionals.
