How were the courses created?The online training courses and webinars have been created by national associations, regional federations and GRBN. The portal has been launched with content from AMSRS (Australia), CASRO (USA), MRIA (Canada) and MRS (UK). New content is added on a regular basis.
Together with their partners GRBN has created ENGAGE, a handbook full of practical advice to help you create great user experiences. ENGAGE contains 10 golden tips that they believe everyone should follow to increase participant engagement, and contains a wealth of tips specific to online communities, online surveys, passive metering, and qualitative research. |
