Audience Insights Adviser

Te Papa’s Engagement and Development Directorate has ownership for driving visitation, and integrating brand, marketing, audience insights and development and partnerships to maximize Te Papa’s reach and value.

Reporting to our Head of Audience Insights, this position will connect our teams with audience panels and research partners providing insights to inform and guide development across the wide range of Te Papa’s world-class audience experiences.

The role will also be responsible for Te Papa’s visitor profile and exhibition survey activity capturing a broad scope of visitor information and engagement through a range of tools.  You will be supporting internal partners regular reporting needs, analysis, and ad-hoc requests.

Importantly, in addition to insights deliveries, the role will have an advocacy component promoting audience centric thinking and tools to support across team Te Papa.

Our Audience Insights Adviser will have the pre-requisite qualitative and quantitative skills to succeed in and build the role. It is essential that you have the proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a broad range of people – from brainstorming requirements with internal subject matter experts through to managing these requirements with the research partners.
